Weeping May Endure For A Night, But JOY Is Coming In The Morning!
We won't always understand why God allows the trials He does, but when you can’t see His PURPOSE, focus on His PRESENCE.
Imagine how Noah felt when he stepped out of the ark after the flood waters subsided. Those who had mocked and criticized him had perished, yet God kept His promise. While the world laughed and mocked him it would've been easy to give up, but He kept going and God was faithful.
Imagine how young David felt as he stood over the body of Goliath. The giant, who had mocked and threatened his life, now lay lifeless and defeated. In the face of danger it would've been easy to give up, but he kept going and God was faithful.
Imagine how Daniel felt the morning after spending the night in the lion’s den. Those who had plotted against him were rendered as powerless as the fierce lions whose mouths were shut. In the face of this punishment it would've been easy to give up, but he kept going and God was faithful.
The Bible is full of stories of ordinary people like you and I who went through intense trials, but it was only through those trials that God was able to work and move mightily.
If our lives were perfect with no problems, how would we ever learn to fully rely on God? How would we ever get to see God move in us and through us? How would the world learn about His goodness, if not for our stories of His faithfulness?
We won't always understand why God allows the trials He does, but when you can’t see His PURPOSE, focus instead on His PRESENCE. Imagine how it will feel on the other side of our trials. The Bible says, “...weeping may endure for a night, but JOY cometh in the morning” (Psalm 30:5). The storm won't last forever!
Keep going; be obedient, even in the midst of the trials, because God is faithful. Trust that He can, and WILL, bring us through. The victory is already ours! 🔥
Thank you for always giving me Gods words of encouragement and helping me renew my faith in our Lord Jesus Christ!
Focused and on point! ❤️ Blessings to you!
